Who We Are
The History
Ryan (running with staffie Branson), Noah (running with staffie Bovril) and Crute met at a parkrun and the TrailDawgs was born. The TrailDawgs enjoy a parkrun every now and again and go for brekkies after on occasion.
Where We Are Now
The TrailDawgs is an informal group of trail runners in Muizenberg, who organise inclusive runs starting from our "spiritual home" the Striped Horse on the corner of York Road (Mountain side of Muizenberg Station). Of course inclusive also covers our four legged friends who are always more than welcome!
We have a wide range of members and the runs are intended to cater for all trail runners, and usually have 3 or 4 run groups for different speeds, from 7km to 15km. The slower groups are happy to wait for those who run at a slower pace. Besides what's the point of rushing through some of the most beautiful mountains in Cape Town :)

Tuesday Night Runs
We run every Tuesday at 18:00 from the Striped Horse with multiple groups for different speeds.
